Outside the office, Clayton is an avid Colorado outdoorsman and youth sports coach.

As a former contractor and integrator, Rick ensures our drawings are buildable, not just technically compliant. He leads our RCDD-certified design team in producing construction-ready documentation across every low voltage discipline using Autodesk Revit.

His hands-on construction background and RCDD credential make him the bridge between design intent and field reality — ensuring every system we specify can be built, commissioned, and maintained as intended.

Joel brings over 20 years of real-world, hands-on experience delivering low-voltage systems across security, network infrastructure, and large-scale developments. Known for his sharp problem-solving and command of both design and installation, he drives projects forward with confidence. His time as an operator/owner in multifamily brings a unique, real-world perspective to the team that sets him apart — ensuring systems are thoughtfully executed, well-coordinated, and built to perform in the field.
